ROARING TOYZ Return Policy
All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Incorrect, damaged, or missing item[s] must be reported within 72 hours of the time the product[s] are received. You mount it, you bought it. Warranties are limited to or through ORIGINAL PURCHASER of products[s] ONLY. All warranties and liabilities of product[s] are null and void as a result of improper installation, improper use ,modifications of product[s] and abuse of product[s].
ALL returns will be charged the original freight cost required to send you the item.
You MUST contact us for an authorized return number prior to returning any merchandise. See details below.

A: All return claims of any kind must be returned to Roaring Toyz within (10) ten days of receipt of merchandise. If the claim is due to damage or shortage, you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier (UPS or Fed Ex) to inspect. If we do not receive the items in the allotted time period, your package will be refused.
B: Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, complete the Return Authorization Form and secure it to the outside of the box. If the Return Authorization Form with a valid Return Authorization Number, is not on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned to you.
C: Items must be returned in their new, original, unused, undamaged, condition with no marks on the original packaging, and with all tags, labels, documentation, and protective covers intact. The manufacturers will not accept damaged packaging from Roaring Toyz. Damaged packaging may void your return and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
D: All returns are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, or improper packaging. It is the sole discretion of Roaring Toyz to provide replacement, issue a credit, or return the item to you.
E: In the event of damaged or defective item Roaring Toyz must be notified within (3) three days of receipt of the item. Damaged return claims must be returned to Roaring Toyz within (10) ten days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a brief but accurate description of the damage to the item. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact item without exception.
F: All our manufacturers charge us a 25% restock fee. In turn we must pass these charges on to you, unless the item is damaged or the error of Roaring Toyz.
G: NO RETURNS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, PARTS UNDER $ 10.00 ARE ALSO NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
H: In the event of an item cancellation or item change after the order has been processed then all of the above return policies will apply, these include but are not limited to a 25% restock fee. In most cases the items have already been ordered and shipped from the manufacturer and cannot be canceled. Please be sure that you actually want an item before you order it.
I: Backordered items may be canceled without penalty, but all other canceled items on the order will be subject to a restock fee.
J: All returns will be shipped back to the customer regular ground regardless of how the initial order was shipped.
